New to Online Ordering? Here’s how it works at Five Tool Signings:
- Navigate to the “Signings” page using the drop down menu and select the signing in which you’d like to participate by clicking on that player’s image.
- Beneath the player’s image, click the drop down box and select the item you’re sending in to be signed. In the box below, type the quantity of that item you’re sending in. Click the “Add to Cart” button.
- If you’re only sending in one item type, proceed to payment! If you’re sending in multiple types of items, keep reading. Repeat Step 2 until you’ve added all the items you’ll be sending in - including inscriptions, if you’d like to get any.
- Click the “View Cart” button when you’re finished adding items. A box will appear on the right side of your screen. If you ordered any inscriptions, type them in the “Special instructions for seller” box below your cart. If you have other information you’d like us to know, enter that in this box as well. Click the “Checkout” button.
- Fill out the required information on the next page, then click the “Continue to Payment” button at the bottom of the screen. At the payment screen, select to pay with PayPal or by check or cash then click the “Complete Order” button.
You must add each item you're sending in to the cart. For example, if you're sending both a card and a baseball to be signed, they must be added to the cart separately. If you'd like any inscriptions on an item, "Inscription" must be added to the cart from the item dropdown menu as well as the item getting the inscription.
Any information entered in the “Special instructions for seller” box (inscription, pen color, signature placement, etc.) should also be labeled directly onto your item.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation with the current mailing address for the signing you selected. If you opted to pay by cash or check, you should send your payment to that address along with your item(s) and return shipping postage.
Your e-mail address will only be used for communication regarding your order, unless you selected “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers,” in which case you’ll receive our monthly newsletter. We do not sell or share any e-mail addresses with anyone, for any reason, at any time.
